At EzyRyde, we fully respect your right to control your personal data.
You can request deletion of your EzyRyde account at any time — the process takes
less than 2 minutes.
How to Delete Your Account (Via App)
- Open the EzyRyde mobile app on your device.
- Tap on your Profile icon or go to Settings.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation notice and tap Confirm Deletion.
- Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can email us directly with your deletion request:
- Send an email to support@ezyryde.in
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered mobile number or email address for verification.
- We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Your personal information (name, phone, profile photo) will be removed from our systems.
- Your ride history and associated data will be deleted.
- You will no longer be able to access EzyRyde services with this account.
- All active rides or pending payments must be settled before deletion.
Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained even after account deletion, as required by applicable Indian laws:
- Financial records: Retained for up to 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance.
- Legal obligations: Data may be retained if required by a court order or government mandate.
- Safety records: Incident or dispute records may be retained as required.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
- If you wish to use EzyRyde again, you will need to create a new account.
- As a Driver, please ensure all earnings have been settled before requesting deletion.
- Pending disputes or active legal matters may delay account deletion.
